For several years now, Kinomap has been an official partner of the French Cycling Federation (FFC). Numerous projects and collaborations have already seen the day. Here are different examples of things that have been put in place:
In 2018, the FFC organized this campaign with the aim of detecting young athletes with high potential. Kinomap was the app used to measure power records while performing the The Kinomap app was the support for this campaign by allowing cyclists to take the test by approximating real-life conditions and measuring their power record.
An operation organized jointly between the FFC, Sports’N Connect, Kinomap, 200 magazine and the Classic Challenge. The objective was to ride 100 km and make a donation to benefit the Telethon and the patients. The campaign took place at the end of November-beginning of December, thanks to Kinomap a connected version of the Telethon was proposed, which allowed people to ride the kilometers on Home Trainer. A playlist of 10 videos had been specially created. So it was possible to ride warm, discover thousands of places around the world and contribute to a good cause.
🟡 The connected challenges: the “FFC E-cycling challenges”
At the beginning of 2022, Kinomap proposed virtual challenges reserved to FFC licensees. Multiplayer sessions were organized in order to directly confront other participants.
Kinomap participates in the Mobile Health Cycling Offer (OMCS) project. This offer consists in offering adapted cycling to elderly people in independent living facilities and EHPAD thanks to Health Cycling Coach educators. The programs last 3 or 6 months with 2 sessions per week. This project, developed in the Yvelines department, is intended to be deployed in all national territories by our affiliated structures.
